I am in the same boat and reached out to the HR Hiring Team after I got my TOL. I asked if they received my statement of service and not to issue the CIL until I'm closer to my EAOS, and they responded that they were tracking and not to expect it until I'm closer to my separation date. They even stated the exact date so I knew they were for sure tracking.

If CHS isn't your #1 you're wrong.
If you care about being close to home/family pick the facility closest. Because chances are you will get stuck at whatever facility you get unless you go to one of the lvl 4/5 twr only

Order I put was..CMH, CVG, CLE, IND, MYR, CHS, AZO, SDF, AUS, and ORF.
