Smells like BITCH in here
It wasn't anything new as far as I could tell.Did anybody attend the NVT webinar on Wednesday? What did that entail?
That’s been needed for some time! An OS of mine was a controller at A11 and said they’ve been above the buffer forever.A11 - 8 -> 9
You get back pay so doesn’t matterThat’s been needed for some time! An OS of mine was a controller at A11 and said they’ve been above the buffer forever.
That’s what they said when they shut down the government and we all didn’t get paychecks. That’s a retarded take and you should be bullied for it.You get back pay so doesn’t matter
It’s a year long rolling average. Busy season doesn’t matter. Holding compared to last season is what matters.VRB is above the line for level 8. Just has to hold, but going into the busy season, should be able to.
It’s just 3 months above the current band for an upgrade before it gets looked at. It’s not a rolling average…It’s a year long rolling average. Busy season doesn’t matter. Holding compared to last season is what matters.
Your current TCI number is based on 12 months. August 1, 2023- September 30, 2024 gives you your September TCI number. If you want your TCI to go up then you better hope this October is busier than last October. It’s just 3 months above the current band for an upgrade before it gets looked at. It’s not a rolling average…
This is incorrect. Your conflating 2 different thingsIt’s just 3 months above the current band for an upgrade before it gets looked at. It’s not a rolling average…
Correct, that’s how the TCI moves but it’s a 3 month above the band that gets you looked at for an upgrade.Your current TCI number is based on 12 months. Weird flex but okayI've only worked at 12s so not familiar with the upgrade process, but does back pay include interest? Or something to account for the lost time value of the money?
Having gone through an upgrade before, (and staring down the barrel of another), LOL no there is no interest calculation on the back pay. I'm just thankful we get it at all in the first place.I've only worked at 12s so not familiar with the upgrade process, but does back pay include interest?
