Forced RDO change

Can management force to change the RDOs of a CPC-IT? This is the 5th time the training team has changed. Once per trainee request and the other 4 times by management. Trainee didn't agree to RDO change and the days off he had were the ones he bid on.

A. How long has the trainee been in training that he has the opportunity to experience so many RDO changes?

B. What’s the normal checkout time frame at this facility?

If A > B trainee sucks and I will wait for the excuse.

If A < B management sucks and grieve it.

I've seen a trainee agree to an RDO change voluntarily after a TRB to line up with a new training team with the caveat that they would return to their original RDOs they bid after certification.

6 months. At least once but maybe twice.

6 months is average

It's definitely management in this situation.

This was forced... Not voluntary. There are capable trainers on the trainees schedule but management finds fault with all of them.
