Government Shutdown 2022?

Apparently it's a possibility. I'm still jolted from the last one that happened. Thoughts on the possibility this time with political climate?

How are you jolted from the last one still? All the free leave people got back years before COVID and paid parental leave made free leave the norm, or all the back pay you got after places were shipping free food to ATC facilities because they didn’t think we had enough money for groceries?

How can you blame the democrats for you filibustering a deal. Since that’s the only way they can block it.
Because they'll try to find some line in the bill the dems want, or they want but the dems block, and poof a month of no pay check.

Last time it was because the dems didn't want to fund the wall. In the end everyone was to blame, but in the beginning the Rs tried to frame the narrative that it was the dems fault.

Send it ALL to Ukraine!!! Then double it. Then double it again. Divert all PAC dollars there too. If not SHUT IT dOWN.

You guys are all missing the point. This is the first one where essential personnel can take leave... basically it doesn't matter for us.
