I'm part of one the experienced hire bids and was sent an email stating that they were offering FAI and JNU to folks who've already precleared. Assignment date would be negotiated for next year. Anybody experience this before and any info on FAI or JNU, other that the info stated in the resources section, would be appreciated.

Maybe that’s why they’re so flexible on report dates. So bored and snowed in for the winter and hair on fire summers. Sounds too good to be true.

Ive never lived in Juneau but I have been there. Its completely landlocked. and honestly it just seemed dreary and gross.

Fairbanks is about as far away from humanity as possible.
