I don't see why not. The danger there is they patched the nest hack and you might get a really shitty list with no desirable facilities you want and then what? Or maybe you get a place you want, go there and have trouble checking out for whatever reason and then you've failed twice in a row and get terminated. I've also never heard of anyone doing this so you can be a guinea pig and report back to let us know if this is the new meta.

You definitely don't have to. I know multiple people, including myself that have transferred without filing it out
