I’ll have to think about this one, I think one of the true tragedies of COVID though is that now the Agency has a built in excuse for staffing and hiring to suck for 5+ years (they still reference the 14’ in addition to the 19’ government shut down as an excuse) plus NATCA can once again say “NCEPT was about to start working great but then xxx happen” for the fourth or fifth time now.

NCEPT did what it’s purpose was, there will be a handful of facilities available to pick up once this COVIDness comes to a close.
