Does enroute transferring into approach need to return to the academy? Can't find anything. Dedicated approach not an up/down

(3) Transferring from En Route, Tower, combined Tower/TRACON, or a TRACON level 8 or below to a combined Tower/TRACON or a TRACON level 9-12 are required to complete TRACON Skill Enhancement Workshop (TSEW) (Course 50056002 or current course).

They are in the process of creating a new release of the 3120.4 that will also require RTF for center transfers. Not sure how long until the new guidance is published.
