I’ve gotten conflicting answers. Do you send the packet to your current region, or the region you’re trying to get to? (If they’re different)

If others have sent them to the region they’re trying to get to (if it’s even a different one) then it probably doesn’t matter. I’ve sent them to my current servicing region and I always receive an email saying “ERR received, expires xx/xx/xxxx.”

It might not matter but I'd still send to the region you're trying to go to. When I was putting in paperwork I put in to multiple regions and would get an email saying accepted, but when I would ask if a certain region rep could verify all my ERRs including ones in other regions since I hadn't gotten a 'received' email, they could only show me the list of ERRs in their region.

So it might not matter either way but I'd still do the region going to. But if you get an acceptance email either way and find out it wasn't filed id file a grievance instantly

It’s supposed to go to the gaining region

Monday the 20th is MLK day so I imagine that timeline will get shifted back once they realize that.

Anyone know if they got rid of the requirement for form 3330-42, the request for promotion consideration and acknowledge? The faa website said the document has been canceled as of 1-2-25 and they didn't replace it with another one. Anyone have luck finding it recently? Thanks!
