There definitely seems like there is something influencing them to avoid the topic. The only talk of pay raises we’ve heard from upper level NATCA officials was through campaign related content. And it’s still TBD on whether or not those promises will hold true.

Well, that's why they wouldn't negotiate under Trump. But that's not what anyone gives a shit about in pay negotiations. What the FAA does care about is how we bid leave and transfers. Being able to bid all your leave costs way more OT than any union shit. And the costs associated with turning a CPC to a CPC-It and back to a CPC is a fuck ton. People seem to think the Slate Book is a floor and you can only go up. That's not the case.

It’s irrelevant tho. Negotiate or the union is over. It’s probably going to impasse so it’s gonna be whatever the mediators say. They should have tried to fix it legislatively in the reauth instead of doing the FAAs job.
 
I don't think the union wants to seem to be against the current administration. So they will not put out a PR campaign on issues like pay and such right now. Now if Trump gets in office I'm sure they will be willing to go to the news and join the bitching. That's actually the only reason I will be voting for him... just so we can have NATCA fight for us.

Dunno why anyone would watch his speeches, or Kamalas either for that matter, but it's kind of odd watching the left all of a sudden go after his mental decline and speaking ability after being perfectly fine with Bidens and even Kamalas.

But all that is besides the point, Vote Trump so NATCA can fight for better pay and not just be good little puppets for the left.

Which is fucked. If we don't open the contract, or get a significant raise, we need to decertify this union.

They have been an embarrassment on every level. If I have to see another email about how we're standing in support of another union, that is doing their job for their members, I'm gonna lose it

“We switched the candidate” translation: the Obamas, Nancy Pelosi, and George Clooney installed a woman nobody voted for and nobody wanted in hopes of salvaging Biden’s train wreck of a campaign. It’s obviously backfired though and Trump is about to win in a landslide because people realize a candidate that can deliver results is more important than “good vibes.”
