The panel back in May (June), someone listed all the facilities that would hypothetically be able to select. Don’t remember the username.Anyone have a rough list of places that are able to accept controllers based on these rules?
didn’t it end up being way off because they just did whatever they wanted lolThe panel back in May (June), someone listed all the facilities that would hypothetically be able to select. Don’t remember the username.
I think only a certain amount of people should be trainers, give them more pay overall, make it an application process, that way if the trainers are good, you are churning out good consistent atcs, and can more easily identify training issues also will help truly determine how many trainees can be at a facility rather than this bullshit percentage, maybe spreading the wealth to other facilities. So what is the answer/endgame?
Maybe management should try rewarding better trainers with time off awards (preferably) or cash awards but they don’t. Why?
I think you mean dynamic decisions...didn’t it end up being way off because they just did whatever they wanted lol
Not gospel, but by my math (based on October PPT):Anyone have a rough list of places that are able to accept controllers based on these rules?
No way that MIA is at or below 30% trainee/CPC ratio (or whatever the rule/ratio is).Not gospel, but by my math (based on October PPT):

Thanks for checking... my edits didn't save. My OP was updated. No way that MIA is at or below 30% trainee/CPC ratio (or whatever the rule/ratio is).
Should also remove C90 and PHL since they don't pick up via ncept. Thanks for checking... my edits didn't save. My OP was updated.
(Removed JAX, MIA, N90, Y90, ZNY)
PHL picked up last panel.Should also remove C90 and PHL since they don't pick up via ncept.
Yes because the panel took place before the bid was out.PHL picked up last panel.
Is LAX going to be ineligible?Assuming both the national average & trainee/CPC ratios don't differ much, here's a quick over as to who might be able to pick up in Round 1:

Wouldn’t this mean they can grab someone round 2?As of the last PPT yes. Their current CPC % is at 100% (needs to be below 85). Their projected & CPC/trainee ratio is good though.
7 of the 21 Z's can release as of right now. That's probably a higher percentage than the amount of terminal facilities that can release. So if you're a Z looking to transfer stfu and take it. Got it.
Yeah but they have it sooooo rough because they’re only making 150k living in a real city with things to actually do give them a break ?7 of the 21 Z's can release as of right now. That's probably a higher percentage than the amount of terminal facilities that can release.
