Hmm. Whenever I try to open the spreadsheet it says the admin won’t allow it. Maybe i need to try a different computer than the ones I’ve been trying. You can still download the spreadsheet from the SharePoint site
You gotta do it on an FAA computer. And I can't remember off the top of my head how to navigate to it, but the button to click to download it is a Tower image on the right hand side of the page and it should auto download.Hmm. Oh I didn't mean it that way, just that KSN and SharePoint are not the same. There's even a link now for the weekly excel files too, along that right-hand menu.Yeah, I don’t know why Leo says you can’t, you can definitely download it from the same place still.

You should put in a FOIA request for the information you need. The FAA will give you the information you need with the appropriate level of censorship to protect PII. Citing a spreadsheet screenshot on an internet forum isnt an appropriate source of information.Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me obtain the updated Priority Placement Tool data from April 2025 through the present. I’m a student currently working on a research project focused on the importance of air traffic controllers. I’m using the staffing data available through the PPT in my analysis, but I’ve hit a bit of a dead end without the current data. If someone would be kind enough to upload the updated files to this thread, I’d be incredibly grateful. If not, no worries at all—I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
Thank you in advance!
Thank you for the response! I figured I’d probably have to put in a FOIA request at some point—we were also concerned about the validity of the data listed here. We mainly needed the PPT data as a placeholder so we could test whether the question we were asking was even a valid one. Thanks for your help regardless! You should put in a FOIA request for the information you need. The FAA will give you the information you need with the appropriate level of censorship to protect PII.
