What did you lazy fucks do last week?

It's also "amusing" how many people suddenly have myocarditis after the gene therapy and it's also" amusing" how it's normal for children and teenagers to have heart attacks after the gene therapy. Perhaps your "brain has been rotted ou"t by the gene therapy....

Can you explain how and why you're safer and more immune now with the mRna in you today?
You know what else causes myocarditis? FUCKING COVID

Doesn’t matter when it takes them a year or more to hire those people. Wouldn’t be surprised if this extends the process with even more applicants coming in. Build another academy somewhere retired controllers would actually want to live, that would be a huge help

For one of America’s most critical jobs ensuring safety of the flying public, we’re raising starting salaries by nearly 30% (from $17.61/hr to $22.61/hr) during paid Academy training. You will also receive health benefits, food and housing allowances while at the Academy. Pay continues to increase as you gain more experience and earn professional certifications. Within three years of graduating the Academy, the average certified professional controller earns over $160,000 per year.

Pretty the OTS bid is not year round, it ends March 17th.
This is correct. Only the E-CTI bid is year round.... and seeing as how this is the first semester of E-CTI I don't believe that one will get many applicants. Which of the four programs has the shortest time to graduation? It's not UND or Riddle

Winner! Yay for you! Either way now, you'll always have Myocarditis with or without your gene therapy mRna untested government compliance fear seman creating messenger DNA inside you forever. 🙌
Funny you say that. The other day, when I was at the gym keeping my HR in the 155-165 bpm range for 30 minutes for my cardio session, the elliptical suddenly went into error mode, and a voice at the machine said to me, “Hey, Dumbass. Did you forget you got the COVID shots? Medical experts at pointsixtyfive.com have advised you don’t do this as you definitely have Myocarditis.” It was the strangest thing.

The issue seems to be more about the amount of trainees per year who attend the academy rather than the number who apply

Wasn’t it a few years ago they had like 30-40k applicants?
This is exactly why I think the FAA Reauth bill was a fucking joke. The agency is already going to maximize its hiring for the next 5 years. Think they can double the academy capacity in that same time? Big negative, we all know that’s the real staffing bottleneck. Oh but we will all be seeing a staffing target number increase…

Someone convince me our “staffing crisis” is not by design. It’s a well known fact that it’s cheaper for the agency to do more with less and pay us OT rather than pay benefits, training etc. to a bigger, properly sized workforce.

Makes me sick how carefully crafted and exaggerated that press release was including throwing in the $160,000…trying to bump applicants are we?

The enhanced CTI skips the academy. That’s where the real
Gains will be made.
