What schedule is your facility on survey?

You don’t have to name your facility unless you really want to (or you want to brag like that Atlanta TRACON guy). But what schedule are you on, 5 on 5 off, BWS, 6 day weeks, etc...... I think it will be interesting to see where everyone is at.


Also if you are not on normal hours both in terms of the schedule and the hours of operations of you facility if it was reduced, what have you been hearing about getting back to normal? Pay Period 2 next year, 70% traffic levels, 80% traffic levels, no plan discussed yet, negotiations to remain 5 and 5 indefinitely, etc......

Yes, but the agency doesn’t believe multiple areas even share the same parts of the building like bathrooms, hallways, natca office, cafeteria, et cetera.

Low level up/down. Reduced hours, 5/5. Rumor I've heard is that hours will stay reduced at least until the new year but our ATM is champing at the bit to get us back to 5/2 it seems. We'll see what happens when winter hits and our traffic dies off.

This is easy to say when you’re at a large facility that is at the top of this career field. Some of us are losers who still want to move up in the world and atc is a small one. Haha
