Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-20-ALLSRCE-65607

how long after last contact with investigator/final eqip submission did you get cleared for security? And who’s your hr rep?

I’m 16 days in after last contact. I’ve already been cleared for medical. I got TH

My HR Rep is RK.

I don't know when exactly I got cleared for the conditional security. I submitted my EQIP on 12/15, and never got any emails or calls regarding the background check or anything like that. I know my closest friend who was a reference told me he got the FAA form in the mail on like December 30th. Hope that helps give you a timeframe.

Y’all are scaring me. I finished everything 12/15 and haven’t been cleared for anything, my POC said “thanks for the update” when I emailed last week just saying everything was done and asked for an update ?

I emailed my security POC this morning and he told me I have a conditional clearance and that he notified HR ?? Now to find out about my medical clearance..
I got the same email! She gave me the general medical email address to request an update on my status. Someone responded and gave the same “waiting on the Flight Surgeon” response everyone else seems to be getting.

Having a color deficiency, would it affect in hiring process or has there been ATC with color deficiency without any problems.
I can see colors but those colorblind test..

I finished everything about a month after you and the only reason I know I was medically cleared was because I had been in contact with someone from medical regarding additional information. I feel pretty lucky that he reached out to me personally.

As for security, I haven't heard anything. My boss hasn't received anything and neither have my personal contacts ?

Has anyone moved or changed jobs since receiving their CIL? I'm about to do both and am worried it could delay the process. Also, debating when I should notify HR.

Here's a pretty good write up about it, you can ask further questions on this thread if you need

Exciting news on my end!

Yesterday I emailed my HR PoC with a general inquiry on my status, since the 60 day window from the original CIL was closing this week. I'm posting this so others can glean what my timeframes looked like (compare to my signature under this post). This is what they sent back:

Drug Test: Cleared

MMPI Results: Received 01/15, Cleared

Conditional Security Clearance: Received 01/15

Medical Clearance: Pending

Now, oddly enough, today I also got an email from the medical side asking to confirm my MMPI or to schedule it if I hadn't taken it yet - so I'm wondering if that is why my medical is the only thing still truly pending, since I've read on here you cannot be medically cleared until the MMPI results are in. If so, I'm glad I did email my HR rep, maybe her checking in on my status is helping wrap things up, who knows.

Mostly I'm pleasantly surprised that my MMPI was cleared just 2 days after I took the exam. I was under the impression it took weeks to hear back about that alone! So I hope this means the finish line is in sight for me.

I know lots of you reading may still be waiting on EODS or even a CIL. If so, dont despair, it's truly just a waiting game. I technically first started this process in the June 2019 bid, and didnt get referred even with my BQ score. I was so bummed out. But patience really is a virtue.
My husband is currently in the process. When did you take your MMPI how long after did you get Medical physical and drug test? Husband is getting his fingerprints Sat. MMPI is the 27th.

Got an email from my medical analyst that I'm Tier 2... RIP

Time to wait at least 6 more months
What is Tier 2? What consists of MMPI? My husband goes on 27th :(

I got a message a few hours ago from medical that they are trying to get my drug test results located (took it on 1/13) in order to clear me. So I think that means I passed the MMPI?
Yes. My dads an ATC. No news on MMPI I was told is good news. Means you passed. And the process is just keeps going.

Was 146/82 at my medical. The nurse said that’s all I needed to pass. Can anyone confirm that?
Think you’re okay. Sort of high like mine was but I managed to pull it off. I posted the medical requirements to someone a while back, check through my post history it has the blood pressure standards in there.

Ok thanks. I was nervous as a shit. Having a career hinge on a bp test will do that. Plus I think I have a little white coat syndrome
