I think you have to send your fingerprints to your POC, go to your local sheriff's department and ask them to do ink fingerprints on papper. (costs around $13 for two se)

FYI to anyone needing to do fingerprints they don't have to be ink and this was confirmed by my security POC. mine was just on some scanning machine and got printed out on the card.

I just got a call a little while ago from a background investigator as to set up a video interview in order to complete my security clearance.
I already have conditional clearance, and I'm surprised to already be getting a call to apparently finalize everything. Anybody else have any insight to share on this? Lol

Expect to go over your background forms line by line. They'll ask lots of questions, and they already know the answers so don't lie. If you have any tickets or arrests or anything like that they will likely want an explanation. As well as any breaks in your employment history or where you lived.

I was putting in the wrong address information when i logging in for the first time and that was messing up my initial login. Make sure you're putting in the city/state exactly as what the security POC has on file.

When I went through the clearance process it had been 2.5 years since my last use (occasional use in college with friends). Disclosed on the eQIP and gave my investigator a written statement without waiting to be asked ("yes I smoked, it was occasional in social settings, no I won't do it again, I understand any illegal use in the future may be grounds for revocation of clearance"—I've heard they sometimes ask for a certification saying you know that future use will result in revocation). No problems going through the process, got my conditional clearance and went off to OKC.
What might be a bigger problem is the medical clearance, the form asks if you've "abused" drugs in the past two years, and of course they think any use of marijuana is "abuse." I don't know how much cross-referencing they do between the medical form and the eQIP. Answer as your conscience dictates, I would recommend the truth. If you're close to two years you might try delaying the medical appointment.

It is to check for both protein or sugar (in other words, kidney disease or diabetes). Same test is done for pilot medical certificates.
A little further down the line today. I got EQIP forms finished and have medical and mmpi scheduled for the next two weeks. Hoping to get all this done and cleared soon so I can get a class date. How long did it take, for those of you that completed everything, to get a report date?

It varies, I had everything done in December but I'm still waiting on medical clearance. Others had it all completed in January and already have class dates

Thanks to everyone who answered about EODS. I was wondering about the MMPI? I have CG and am waiting on information because I’m trying to get it scheduled. Do we just set this up on our own or do we get this information from HR? Appreciate you guys!

I was sent an MMPI POC contact list with my CIL. I had to reach out to them to set up an appointment.
You will get the list in your CIL email, then you have to contact the facility to schedule MMPI.
