We have to have been moved or are being overseen by someone else. No shot we’re without an HR rep for 5 months.

RK told me in an email to contact 2 other people from here on out, CG and someone else I cant recall right now.

I sincerely hope we dont get swept under the rug so to speak just because our original rep is away for 5 months...

Have you been checking in with them (RK) often? Last I had contact with RK was 2/2. Never mentioned her going on “military leave” IDK what that even is. Are they a reservist and they’re deploying or something? Either way, CS was on my TOL and they forwarded me to RK so I’ll hit CS up again and see what I need to do.

I wouldn’t worry about being swept under the rug. We’re in there and we’re clear. If RK is how I assume they are, they would have passed us on to someone. Doesn’t sound like they’re handing out any new dates for a while either so nothing changes for now.

She is hard to get a hold of. She never answered my calls either, but I would usually get an email a day or two after calling a couple times. So I would give that a try.

What I think will happen is they will ask you to do another sleep study to prove that it's no longer a problem. You'll have to pay for this out of pocket and they will probably give you 30 days to do it and send the results back to them.

Yea that is kind of what I figured was going to happen, and would be very reasonable in my opinion. I'm just glad I went to another specialist for a second opinion at that time and his interpretation of the results was different than my original doctor. I am going to bring that paperwork from the second opinion to my appointment. I do wish that I had done another sleep study since then before this point in time, but I never thought that they went so far back into your records.

Last week was the 2nd time I sent a check-in email over the course of about 5 weeks. RK had an automated reply that informed me of the leave and who to contact.

CG seems to be a coordinator or higher level because I see those initials all over the place. So I'm not super worried, I just know how things can go sometimes and I do not want an avoidable delay considering all the unavoidable ones we have to endure lol

I’ve had 0 contact with either of them so I don’t have their emails. I emailed CS yesterday and am waiting for a response back. Who assigned you or spoke to you about being reassigned to those 2? Did they reach out to you?

I emailed CG and she said that she would be the one assigned to me because my last name started with ‘R’. So I’m assuming if you do email the person not assigned to you they will tell you

They should’ve assigned someone new to you, either CG or LM

DP is great, super super quick at responding to emails.

It does sound like there is some miscommunication in HR though.

A lot of confusion going on no doubt. I did email CS after KH advised of HR POC change; to introduce myself. She replied within 10 minutes regarding my status.

Completely agree. I had to reach out to medical to see why they haven’t received my drug test. I had to retake the drug test but it took me bugging them to see what was going on. Who knows how long my medical would have been delayed if I didn’t bug them
