So just be honest. Try to be as accurate as possible. They do know lol. If something is sketch they’ll ask at the end about it. Let them know if you can’t recall. The only thing is HONESTY.

I contacted my HR Rep just make sure they have received my medical clearance. This was her response.

"I do show that you were pending a class date as of yesterday. We just received an updated class schedule from the Air Traffic Office, and we will start calling applicants to confirm start dates very soon. We will contact applicants based on the date all clearances were received, so it will be a while before we are able to place you into a class seat."

Giving you guys an update regarding class dates.

This gives me so much hope while I am simultaneously eye-rolling. Hearing "it will be a while before we are able to place you into a class seat" isn't very encouraging for you though. What is “a while!?”

I’m really happy that I passed all my clearances, (had some issues in the past) I was worried. In regards to getting me in a class date, hopefully she means in a month. I can hope lol

Did anyone receive an assignment (Enroute vs. Terminal) prior to getting a class date? A friend of mine who went through the process a couple years ago mentioned he knew his assignment well before getting a class date. Did I miss an email?

I'm filling out the initial paperwork and trying to list all of my historical medical conditions and prescriptions, but I really don't want to miss anything so I've requested my medical records from anywhere I can remember visiting. Was anyone else this thorough? Or did you just put what you can recall? I've kinda been to the doctor a lot over my life lol but I'm so paranoid that if one day they pull my records and I didn't include something even minor like a sinus infection or something, that I'll get in trouble.

I was the same way. I was paranoid they would think I was lying or trying to hide something because I forgot about it. With that said, I still had some follow-up questions thrown at me. I answered the questions/got the documents they requested and was on my way. I think being thorough and honest upfront is the best way to go. It can be a lot of tedious work, but it could end up saving you so much time later!

Getting the all-clear is such a good feeling. I'm glad it worked out for you this time!! I was hoping it would be in a month in February ? BUT I'll gladly hope for a month from today! Or a month from tomorrow or the next day or the next day...

HR confirmed that they have received my conditional security clearance, so we're just waiting on medical. Placing bets on if I'll get a class date before 2022. I'm taking the over at this point.
