Yeah I'm not convinced that I have to disclose every visit, condition, and prescription. How would they know about the pills we took in the past? If they do have access to those records, why are they asking us in the first place? Seems like they just wanna scare us with a hefty fine and some time in the clink if we don't play it their way.
They don’t know. You’re exactly right

Uhhh because they want to see if you're trustworthy. Ya know, the main aspect of getting a security clearance. They dont care about tylenol but they sure as hell care about narcotics and depression etc and will find it one day. Do what your career can handle. Or you can wait 10 years of your career and then get fired for something you didnt disclose when you were hired.

It’s always best to disclose. You don’t want it to come back to you in the future. It’s a risk.
Pilots have gone to jail and fined for lying or omitting information on their medical. ATCs hold the same medical.
It’s your choice.

Well, you definitely should do your best to disclose everything you can recall. There is a difference between forgetting about a few appointments/prescriptions and intentionally withholding information. And nobody’s trying to “scare you to play it their way” it is in fact a crime to lie to the Federal Government.

Anybody get any updates on the EODS website, or get anymore emails? I understand the site was down for a while so that was causing a delay with HR reps sending out emails. I have DF.

Is the EODS site still down? The link I received doesn't seem to work. It was my understanding that they would send the information after it was back up and running.

Anyone still waiting on getting anything after their TOL (besides the confirmation email) in the first place? I got the confirmation email for my submitted TOL docs 3 weeks ago now, and have been diligently checking my email but haven't received any further communication. Wondering if I should send an email to check or something but don't want to bug em if this is normal and others haven't gotten anything further yet either.

I have yet to receive anything further than that confirmation email after the TOL. I have DF.

They can only send out so many CILs per week so that medical and background investigators don't get overwhelmed. Everyone will have a different timeline from here on out. If you got a TOL you will get a CIL you just have to be patient.
This is just a thought, I don't suppose theres any evidence that would suggest they send them in alphabetical order, is there?
