Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-21-ALLSRCE-73599

All the people I know who applied in pool 1 and got WQ got a offer :( I’m just wondering why
The best understanding people have is they just go down the list from highest scores to lowest until they meet their hiring quota for the bid. There’s still a chance you might get a TOL, there are sometimes sometimes some subsequent waves of offers that go out, but if you aren’t selected it’s pretty safe to assume your ATSA score was not high enough.

I don't think this is true, lots of people who got WQ in P2 got a TOL this bid according to reddit. If anything, pool 1 WQ should've received them before pool 2, right? Also there were couple of BQs who didn't get a TOL this bid and couple from last bid IIRC

There are usually multiple hiring "waves" where they send out TOLs, don't worry too much about it. This is a long process, hopefully there are some updates in 1-2 months with a next wave of TOLs.

I can't be sure here, but I am pretty sure it was only the 20 bid that had a multiple rounds of TOLs go out, and that was to accommodate the group that could not test due to COVID. It's the FAA though, so precedent be damned.

For the section of eQIP where they have to contact my current employer, I work for a rather large corporation, would it be alright if I just list my HR at the company rather than my supervisor?

I guess that might be the case.

They closed the bid on USAJobs. If you didn’t get a TOL the first wave they aren’t giving out anymore.
