They sign and date the form. So anyone could see that you got the instructions after the print date

But is it allowed tho? Not that it really matters cuz it's not really gonna speed up anything since we have to wait, wut is it like 10 days, for our medical once we get our CIL.

I haven't received anything past the confirmation of HR recieving my signed TOL. I think I am in the minority though.

Everything listed in the CIL is time sensitive, so it all goes by within 2-3 weeks quickly
