UAW was just offered 24% over 4 years by Ford plus additional $5,000-$6,000 COLA lump sum payments annually and UAW rejected it.

Someone went on a golf fundraiser with him and 90% of the comments were things like “did he bring Fang Fang?”.

After that they created the special NATCA Members page that less then 4% of the general membership signed up for.

It would take going private to receive any type of sizable raise. Our government cares too much about sending billions in aid packages to every country imaginable. And a raise would most likely bring further reform or perhaps the abolishment of a pension entirely. They can’t afford to take off the staggering costs of federal employees salaries and retirements in perpetuity.

They will find out if they don’t negotiate a
New contract and renege. That’s when every remaining paying member needs to send them a fuck you and drop the union membership. At that point it will have been years the membership is asking for more.

It’s not their fault “Coffee” says we can’t get big raises because we are public sector not private. Even though TSA just got between 21% and 31% immediate raises lol. I wish we could say fuck NATCA and let that union and attorneys negotiate our pay.

I was told directly by Mick that he and Rich were going to addressthe RAZE WEN movement before the election....and I still think thats true.

However.... after this beauracratic mumbo jumbo video today my faith is shaken. WHY do the facilities who get CIP get it? I will not accept being B-scale and a CIP have-not. NO. Mick and Rich better address this soon or they have NO CHANCE. No one is willing to engage on CIP including RazeWen , and now its apparent not even the candidates are willing to either! Disheartening.
