The only way I can ease the pain is that the purple book got a 0% raise too, so even if we opened negotiations this year under Biden NATCA would not have gotten us anything either.

So it brings up the ultimate and eternal problem. NATCA is absolutely useless, has given up, and always will be. Nobody even mentioned yet how Nick and most of the NEB lied to our face about the extension. Never supporting them again, obviously, wish we could do more, maybe just warn new hires and CPC's not to join since the next thing they will do is install the CRWG numbers (ending transfers).
