I’ve been asking for updates on any insight on how WE move forward. We have all seen this being talked about in the media both on and offline. I see what AFGE did and commend them for helping bring this to light, but I was asking if anyone has heard anything else from NATCA in particular.Drove press to it and got covered by a huge website?
I was specifically asking if we should even answer the email or not, because still as of me typing this, NATCA hasn’t disseminated any guidance on that.The “helpful insight” came out the same day as Elmo’s “order to us” in a specific template email for employees to send to their supervisor seeking specific guidance. Additionally, DOD employees (and many other federal agencies) have received guidance now from their agency heads to *not* respond at all. As for “mudflinging,” what did the AFGE President get wrong? How would *YOU* have handled it better?
Im not saying the AFGE president did wrong by bringing this to light. I’m guess I’m not even sure why you plastered the article in my face like an excited third grader who made honor roll either. You clearly saw I was asking if anyone has heard if NATCA in particular had come out with anything regarding a reply or not.
