Looking at the ETT, looks like about 20 facilities are projected to be able to release unless the rules change. Curious how everybody is feeling about CRWG and wondering if anybody has heard anything about NCEPT recently.

Looking at the demand sheet is pretty funny just seeing basically straight 0’s for the “releasable errs inbound” column. That’s ok though, an academy grad will take good care of where you want to be.

This is incorrect. They won’t know the final data until the Aug ETT but as of July there’s 184 transfers available out of 46 facilities.

Well I think we all know there wont be a result of anything close to 184 movements when this NCEPT adjourns. I’m not saying the other guy is objectively right, but his sentiment is. We are all stuck thanks to NATCA letting the agency grab hold of Target numbers & national release policy and wipe their ass with it.

The agency wants to move zero people. Controllers don’t want to work 6 day workweeks.

What do you propose

The agency has made its bed these last several decades and you think we’re just supposed to sit back and let them have a carte blanche? I suppose you’ll also say the agency doesn’t want to shell out more dough for a pay raise and controllers don’t want to pay more taxes on more income.

What’s wrong with you bro? Sounding like an OS lol.

You can’t make people transfer. There were over 100 available transfers left unrequested in May.

He said 20 facilities and at the time of his post the answer was 46 so yes his post was objectively incorrect. And fortunately or unfortunately depending on how you wanna look at it the ‘we’re all stuck’ cohort is a small minority of the bargaining unit.
Also NATCA literally negotiated a more liberal release policy on behalf of that minority. At times this will likely come at the expense of the majority

You can’t read I don’t think. I said nothing about a raise or overtime? Wasn’t a part of this conversation

I said the agency wants to move zero people. But people are still moving, I wonder why.

I also said controllers don’t want to work 6 day workweeks…so what do you propose?

I made zero comments about my own opinions, I was asking you what you would propose as a solution. Idiot

You don’t actually know what the number of controllers is that are stuck because many who are don’t even put in ERRs. It’s no small minority either. Especially if you count those that have resigned themselves to never leaving. I know plenty of controllers that have never put in an ERR at my facility because we haven’t released in 7 years. Also with toe new staffing numbers it’ll likely be that long before we’re eligible to release any one.

46 out of 315 facilities or 14 percent of facilities were eligible to release this last panel. So in actuality the majority of controllers are stuck even if they are content with being at their facility. 86 percent of controllers didn’t have the option to transfer and that percentage isn’t anything new either.

Can someone just drop the list

I was comparing what you said with a supporting point about pay to reinforce my argument that you’re carrying a ridiculous mindset. You think that we should just waste our careers away at places we don’t want to be because the agency wants to play a numbers game and grossly mismanage our workforce. You can argue about comments on your own opinions all you want but that is what you’re inferring based upon your comments in here.

If you don’t want to work 6 day weeks then transfer to a facility that has a better staffing situation because they’re out there and are mostly lower level facilities by the numbers. Oh wait, you won’t because pay and you can’t because NCEPT transfer numbers are abysmal with the CRWG. (Again bolstering my point)

I propose that we don’t listen to you and push for the best working conditions we can, be it career progression/movement, pay etc. Maybe if our union wasn’t full of agency simps like Move78 we would have such liberties, but alas…

A few desirable centers and other desirable facilities made up a majority of those "100" available transfers. That number means nothing for the vast majority that can't release.

There’s nothing to listen to with me. I didn’t make any suggestions on what we should do.

I simply made 2 statements, and ask what you propose on movement. That’s it. You are on some soapbox no one cares about.

You got my proposal after saying nobody wants to work 6 day weeks. Cop out harder lmao.
