Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-19-ALLSRCE-61676

I consider myself a pretty patient person but damn guys I sure have been tested by this process. Got my EODS 12/26 and submitted everything by 12/30 and I still haven’t got my CIL. I even emailed LM to make sure everything was good even if it showed “approved” in the EODS and she confirmed it. I keep thinking that the upcoming week I would get the CIL but now it’s been 3 weeks of the same process.

LM even emailed me back confirming that I completed the EODS and that was on 1/13. Anyone in a similar situation where they are waiting on the CIL after completing the EODS a long time ago?

In case anyone is wondering, rumors of a January bid are very real (haven't been keeping up on every single comment on here so someone may have already posted about this) :D. Here's the post from the FAA LinkedIn page: Federal Aviation Administration on LinkedIn: #ATCNowHiring

Bid opens tomorrow so I assume it opens at midnight ET tonight...

Looking forward to another round of waiting!

Just applied for the first time. Can't wait to hurry up and wait lol
All I can say is don't hold your breath waiting for next steps. Not sure if you've checked out all the comments in this bid - if not, I recommend starting at the beginning and making your way through to see how long it took people to get invited to take the ATSA and then to get the results from the ATSA. Honestly, this past bid seems like it went a lot smoother and quicker than previous years....and it seems like a January bid has always been talked about but never actually happened so it will be interesting to see how quickly they move on this!

Best of luck!

Not gonna do this, just curious. What happens if you apply for a new bid while awaiting a few things to clear from the last bid?

not 100% sure on this but I’m pretty sure they reject your application for the new bid since you’re in process with a previous bid.

Just pray you don't get put into the tier II "pit of despair" (albino voice from Princess Bride). There are people stuck in the tier two process that applied for bids back in 2017/2018. Best thing is to forget about it for now and continue with your day job.

Enroute date received yesterday. It's been a wild ride everyone, got fired from my previous job and been literally sitting on my ass doing nothing for the past month. Thanks for suffering alongside with me!

Will be writing a guide on how to pass the MMPI-2 (if the site admin says it's okay) so keep your eyes peeled :^)
There's a guide for these type of things? It's a multiple choice be honest type of exam. What kind of guide can you write for it

2020 guide to passing the MMPI-2:
Step 1: Be honest
...

Thank you all for tuning in to my 2020 guide for passing the MMPI-2!

Tell that to the Tier II's lol. I consider getting Tier II'd worse than not getting invited to take the ATSA lol

Congrats! What date did you get?
Also, when do you think you submitted everything that was requested?

Yeah I've read the Tier II horror stories. Not sure what you could do other than be honest though? I would hate to get placed in Tier II having tried to answer "correctly" rather than getting T2 having answered truthfully.
