the best I could get was % success Rate, but I don’t know how far back it goes. Is it all historical data or do they drop data after a certain number of years?

Someone somewhere has the percentages and all possible comparisons all recorded in an excruciating level of detail. Now all I have to do is find that person, and possibly seduce them. Unless pushingtin is willing to take one for the team :p
The NCEPT page used to have a running tally of certifications and failures for each panel back to the first. Not sure if they still do as I haven’t seen the page in 6 months lol.

Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to efficiently track from what to what facility people come from and to. Or even to track say how many level 6's went to a level 10, etc. If anyone has any ideas, feel free to let me know. I plan on updating this as future panels come out.
Have a gaining and losing column then consolidate by one or the other (or both).

So is the system designed to never hit 90%? Aren't you basically blocked from ERR if your facility is below 80% staffing?
You're blocked if your facility doesn't have enough people, and under the new "temporary" rules you're also blocked if the place you're trying to go has too many trainees.

The system isn't "designed" to never hit 90%, it's just that the NAS as a whole is understaffed so only a select few facilities (the really desirable ones) will ever be fully staffed. At least until more people get hired and certify each year than retire.

So after taking in some feedback, I have added in Target CPC numbers, and ratios of gains to releases. Here is the data, with highlights, new XLS is attached

(edit - fixed an image) more feedback is appreciated!

Fuck NCEPT.

On paper we have "released" 4. Reality is 2. 1 turned down an offer, blocking someone who eventually hardshiped, and another was released outside of NCEPT to one of the special places, again blocking anyone else from having a shot at moving. Now no one can move because we don't have enough people. But we can't bring anyone else in because we have too many people.

Good job Bandit.

Great job with the graphs!

One thing I would like to see is the list of "garden facilities" aka places no one wants to leave. As far as the data is concerned these would be places who have been able to consistently release on the most panels despite no one taking advantage of the ability to transfer out. MCO would be a good example

A quick look, based on having at or above 100% staffing and a low number of releases shows MRI, SFB, PHX, FCM, OGG, HLN and MCO. MCO was the highest staffed facility in the nas when ncept started, like 150%. They have had zero gains, 6 releases and are still at 100% staffing. I don't really know about OGG or HLN, but both are pretty nice places to be, depending on what you like

HLN is also a non-radar tower/approach. Can't imagine that managers rank those applicants very high.

I've got historical placement lists if you want. Show ERRs/prior experience/NEST/Hardship/etc....placements and also columns that show which facility they're coming from and which facility they're going to.

Send me a message, we will have to chat.
