They will absolutely not be picking everyone from pool one. They have a percentage they have to pick from each pool. It's pre determined.

I’m with Pickles on this. They’re going to be running behind due to the COVID shutdowns and now that all training has resumed, they’ll be pushing us through as quickly as possible. Looks like the final 2019 bidders are getting scheduled for January through March, I’m expecting as early as April for the first 2020 classes.
I wouldn't get your hopes up there. There are a bunch of us with TOLs from the 2019 bid that are fully cleared and still waiting on onboarding dates.

Well based off the number of people that were able to take the test and who passed (you can find it on the CTI Facebook group), and the quota people they are hiring for this bid, many people are assuming most of pool 1 might get selected. But we are all just theorizing, no one knows for sure.

I don't think there is any chance classes are gonna start that early. There is no rush to get people through; People going through basics are getting Academy dates for Jan or later, and there are some that don't even have On boarding dates yet.
On top of that, there is no need to get academy grads to centers or towers. Its been 6+ months since any training has taken place.

They no longer take a percentage from each pool. I dont have the source, its buried in the comments from months ago, but they hire in this order:
Pool 1 BQ, Pool 2 BQ,
Pool 1 WQ, Pool 2 WQ,
Pool 1 Q, Pool 2 Q
How they pick people within that pool is a mystery to us, and there seems to be exceptions to this as well, but thats how most of us interpreted the new system's language.

I have been super busy with work so haven't been on in a while, and of course I miss the first TOL wave. I haven't received one yet but it still says referred so I'm still in the running but not holding my breath.
What pool are you?

Pool 2 Q so not holding my breath. Again I'll never understand how I ended up with that score knowing how I did so we'll just wait and see.

Mine still says referred also, so I still have some hope!
People are still retiring. People are still being let go on old NCEPT releases. People are still getting picked up on sup bids.
We may not have done any training for the past six months but we don't have many trainees at my facility and we could 100% accommodate a couple academy grads.

I haven't gotten one yet. I'm not worried about it lol if I haven't gotten one in 14 days like the emails says then I'll email them

Would definitely be wishful thinking. I'm part of the 2019 and still have just TOL and no onboarding yet. 2020 will definitely be starting later than April.

I just received my confirmation of accepting my TOL, not sure if everyone else has yet.
It also says that the clearance process is at a standstill bc "portions of the clearance process are on hold" and once they're all running, THEN we'll get the CIL to start the process. The 60 day timer does not start until the CIL is sent out, and that it might be a few months ?
