ERR Generator 2025.07.15

The following changes were added:

• BUGFIX: Fixed a bug where signature and supervisor signature images would be placed in the wrong location based on the input image size.

To download just the bugfix, click here to download the new ERRPDFfill.exe file, and replace the old exe file in your existing directory. Otherwise, download the whole package by clicking "Go to download" in the resource page.

The following changes were added:

• Added function to attach an image of a signature and a supervisor's signature to generated packages. Now, you may add your signature as a jpg or png by adding an image to the main directory of the ERR Generator under the name "signature.png"/"signature.jpg". Add a supervisors signature, with express permission only, by adding an image to the main directory with the name "supsignature.jpg"/"supsignature.png"

• Increased facility limit from 5 to 20.
• General code formatting & commenting changes and improvements.

The following changes were added:

• Added function to automatically attach resume & performance plan pdf to each generated package. You may now add a resume pdf & performance plan pdf to the main directory (same directory as ERRPDFFill.exe) with filenames "resume.pdf" and "performance.pdf", and the packages will be generated with the documents attached in the correct order
• All generated packages will now output to a single folder, the file name will be the 3 letter facility id for each generated package.
• Removed unnecessary instruction pages 1 & 2 of 3330-43-1.
• Replaced concatenate function with PDFRW Safe concatenate function, fixed bug where certain fields would not be visible when opening.
• Fixed bug in excel sheet where lowercase facility IDs would not properly capitalize when generating package.
• General code readability and reformatting changes.
