Just tell them you aren’t going through insurance and you can show them the email showing you need it for a job. Also use google to find a similar lab in your area. What state are you in?

Aaaannnd just called the lab and they confirmed that it has nothing to do with insurance or self pay. They said they're not allowed to draw fluids from you or perform any tests whatsoever without orders from a doctor. Hopefully I can get an appointment with a primary care provider this week.

What about the doc that gave you the medical exam?

You need to call the doc and tell them its self pay and ask for the order not the lab,

This is exactly what I did, they looked at the email, went and asked someone "higher up" who then still said no.

I requested an appointment with a clinic doctor near me. They aren't open on weekends, so will have to go in during the week. Have to do it with an actual primary care physician, not just the general doctor at the urgent care that's open on weekends. I do have a primary care physician from where I'm originally from, about an hour away, who said they'd give me the order, but there wasn't enough time to get back there before they closed. So if I can't see a doctor this week where I currently live, I'll drive back to my hometown next weekend and get the order, then come back to the lab here and get the damn thing. I just hope that after all this they are able to give me either a PDF copy of the results or fax them to the FAA, cause when I asked on the phone about that she didn't know.

They probably won’t have the results for a few days. I had an issue with the MMPI. the person giving it was out for 6 weeks so I elected to drive 2 hours to the next nearest location rather than wait 6 weeks. This process isn’t easy but if you get picked up it’ll Be worth it. Best of luck to you.

Oh I'm well aware it's not easy lol. Since the email I got sent last night said the flight surgeon had reviewed my info and needed this extra test, I'm HOPING that means everything else has already been looked at and okay'd, meaning there was no issue with my MMPI. It probably doesn't mean that but I'm going to just tell myself that. Thanks for your help by the way and good luck to you as well!

Check out the name of the person who signed your TOL, it's usually a different person from your HR contact, and I think they're a little higher on the chain. Sounds like you need to get sending some emails with CC's.
My contact didn't seem too enthusiastic to help me along, even though I knew everything was fully cleared... Waited and waited. Finally I sent some emails with CCs, made some people uncomfortable... Turned out my medical and drug test were received, but somehow got lost. Had I not been pissing people off, It could have been 9 months until they realized that one stragglers paperwork (mine) didn't get fully processed. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Depending on where you're at in the process, medical or security, I would bother those POCs first(faa medical region/ faa security). When both of them say they have approved and submitted it, get bothering that HR POC/TOL signer.

I’m Tier 2

So I’m running in place right now
 
Waiting for security/medical. Did not receive a conditional but also no phone call to set up the interview or anything like that. Completed eQIP 22 Feb :confused:. Also hoping I’m not tier 2. Haven’t heard anything about MMPI. I completed that the same day as eQIP
 
If you look at my timeline, you'll see I completed everything in February, and I haven't been cleared. Also, I was never told I did not get a conditional sexuri clearance, I asked if I received a conditional and was told I don't qualify for one "at this time". Whatever that means. Also when I sent my security POC an update on my student loans (just transferred payments to a income-based plan), she asked if I could send her paperwork on that. Yay....
