I’m not a vet, and I received communication. I didn’t want to say anything earlier, because truthfully there are still individuals from previous bids that are waiting. But I guess this is a case by case situation where each individual circumstance is different from one another.

It might be case by case, might not be. Not exactly sure. All I know is, regardless of veteran status or not, it seems to be moving much quicker this bid than the '17 bid I am apart of. For reference, I was notified I was tier 2 on May 30th last year, only after reaching out for an update. I wasn't contacted again until August when I was asked to send in my personnel records. Even for the non vets in my bid I don't recall them being sent release forms this quickly. I completed my psych eval almost 2 months ago and just awaiting the FS to review the psych reports and give a determination.

Sorry if this has been asked/answered already, but if you had to, for whatever reason, turn down a class date offer, would that, in any way, hurt your chances for being hired off the next year's bid? (Assuming there is a bid the next year, you do well again on the ATSA, etc, etc).

I’m not sure I’ve ever read about this on here or elsewhere, but I wouldn’t imagine it would hurt you. However, with the way the hiring picture looked this last bid, I would never turn down a class date. It’s just too risky with how few people are making it through. Honestly the death of a very close loved one is the only thing that might have stopped me. Maybe.

Faxed? I just got a release form from Hope and she asked me to get it notarized and send back to her. I haven’t had to fax anything. Are you talking about military records? I’m a civilian so it’s probably different.

My email didn’t come from Hope but from the doctor’s office. They wanted me to call them to schedule it.

How did you find out you didn't get a conditional?

Cannot for the life of me get a response from LM. anybody in TX with a similar experience? I've been in contact with medical and know I cleared the MMPI and Dr. said everything looked great on my check up (I know its not up to him but still that gives me reason to think the FS would clear me too). My work has received and submitted the reference check and one of my personal refs as well...Im just wanting some sort of acknowledgment from my POC
