Hiring Bid Air Traffic Control Specialist - Trainee: FAA-ATO-18-ALLSRCE-57792

Cannot for the life of me get a response from LM. anybody in TX with a similar experience? I've been in contact with medical and know I cleared the MMPI and Dr. said everything looked great on my check up (I know its not up to him but still that gives me reason to think the FS would clear me too). My work has received and submitted the reference check and one of my personal refs as well...Im just wanting some sort of acknowledgment from my POC
Call the main HR number. Last time I could get a hold of my POC that’s what I did. Forgot who answered, wasn’t Pam. But who ever answered was really helpful.

Yea mine didn’t come from the doctor either. I got mine from hope.
My release form came from Hope but the permission to schedule came from the doctor. I wonder if I’m also going to get an email later from Hope telling me to reach out to schedule.

Chances are you're waiting just on the FS to check off your medical. I'm in the same boat, I also have LM and have heard radio silence from her since my CIL. A few weeks ago I saw someone who had her as a POC who got a FOL and it was from a different HR rep. I suspect she has retired/no longer works there and a new POC has been assigned to you. I know I haven't been cleared by the FS yet so I'm not too worried about not having contact with HR.

That makes me feel better. I know I saw a few pgs back that a few POCs had left. Wish I knew who was handling our cases now so I could passively email them ;P

For those with LM as your POC.. Had her as my POC, never heard anything from her the entire time after I sent a couple emails. Received my FOL/class date from a completely different HR person.

From other people who have been apart of this process in previous years, they have mentioned to me don’t be surprised if you get bounced around in the HR room, from on contact to the other.

Heads up to all the tier 2 folks. Hope emailed me this morning with the doctor's contact info and she also asked me to let her know when my appointment was scheduled for. I emailed her right away saying that I had scheduled yesterday. In her reply she stated that any requests for status updates and time frames will not be returned & to reference the process that she sent out with the release.

So I reached out to my security POC today after 6 weeks of radio silence to see if I received my conditional clearance. She replied within hours informing me that I did get it. Huge weight lifted. I was really worried that I wouldn't due to accounts in collections, but I started to pay/settle them all except for 1 as soon as I got my TOL.

Now I just have to wait for Hope. I finally got all of the necessary forms and documents related to a marijuana charge in 2009 sent to RC, which took a few weeks for me to gather. I guess they're taking that into consideration for the tier 2 as well as my failed MMPI. I still have more waiting to do, but at least I know my security is good. Good luck to everyone else still waiting.

Well I tried calling to schedule my eval and I had to leave a message. Let see how long it takes to get a return call.

That's interesting there's such a difference. I was only told to expect 2 hours.
Maybe I'm extra fucked up lol

Did you send the form back the same day you got it ?
Yes. Then I sent a follow up email to hope just to be annoying. Today I got an email from her with my doctors contact info. I called, left a vm and email then the doc called back and we got an appt on the books.

were you notified that you did not receive a conditional, and had it overturned because you paid the debts? I was denied a conditional security in March, but was never told why. I started paying on my student loan that was in forbearance, and have been notifying my security POC on updated payments, which she DOES reply to thank God.

Where are you guys based at ? The ones that already set up their tier 2 eval. I’m based off North East in NY,I wonder if that plays a part into how long you have to wait.
