Yet we constantly complain about shitty quick turns, mid-shifts, weekday RDOs, missed holiday events, and piss-poor area staffing....

So regarding non-operational staff who get to sleep the same hours every night and have weekends/holidays off, I'd bet a good amount of the shit they catch is really just jealousy masquerading as resentment.

I'm a little jealous of the people that get dqd for zyrtec EVERY swap season and don't get charged on the ot list (you know cuz they are dq) and have m-f 0600-1500.
