Glad I got out when I did, the writing was on the wall for ages. I update/design IAP's and Airways now for the TERPS world, loving life, 4/10's 3 day weekends, holidays off... You guys need to get out...

I and J (non-supervisory and supervisory) bands. It gets there but life is full of trade offs 🙂Is that in the 12 payband like Command Center jobs?
Make sure you apply for the OTS bid if you’re still young enough too so you actually get the best shot at your dream facility 😂You guys who are stuck need to resign. Life is too short to deal with crap like this. Apply to get rehired later or don't, but you'll likely be offered a list of much better facilities when you get back in.
Oh believe me, I’ve lost all faith in NatcaRemember 4 years ago when you said that you are not going to leave the union because NCEPT will slowly play out and eventually you’ll be the only guy at your facility who wants to transfer?
The PPT Tableu data on SharePoint is updated. There just is not an excel sheet yet.Love how they say to “avoid message boards” and yet they still haven’t posted the new PPT anywhere with no update about it. They have no one to blame but themselves for why here and even Reddit is so active for ATC.
That doesn’t help us on RDOs. The NATCA NCEPT page doesn’t have any official information about the new numbers, just the new timeline. The PPT Tableu data on SharePoint is updated. There just is not an excel sheet yet.
If you’ve been red for 7 years than complain awayRed!
6 trainees have quit, 1 cpc, 3 cpc’s allowed to go supervisor while staffing numbers to low (2 were in house hires), 1 hardship, 3 retirements (2 med).
Now that numbers are finally strong and we had light at the end of the tunnel, people were excited and morale was at good spot. Now there’s still no guarantee I’ll be able to leave in the next couple years. Who knows if more people will quit because of this.
It's in the KSN site but it was really hard to find. I had to do a bunch of clicking around to find it by accident. Couldn't even tell you how to get to it again. The PPT Tableu data on SharePoint is updated. There just is not an excel sheet yet.
Unless, they start forcing multiple AGs from every terminal list to facilities like CPR they will never in a hundred years be able to release.Heres the 5/14 PPT that I can find.
We can’t get any more devs because we’re at 30% dev/cpc right now and the number of devs we have based on the data they are using isn’t even enough to get to 85%. Meaning we literally can’t get enough people in the door to train to project to 85%Unless, they start forcing multiple AGs from every terminal list to facilities like CPR they will never in a hundred years be able to release.
Yep, these low level up/downs will never release again without changing the academy placement backUnless, they start forcing multiple AGs from every terminal list to facilities like CPR they will never in a hundred years be able to release.
Only seven updowns in the top 50 facilities with the highest CPC to target %Yep, these low level up/downs will never release again without changing the academy placement back
Not if you don't want people to moveDisaster
