If you get a TOL the deviation was already approved

How do you get these deviation numbers/info? You would figure it is available on the natca members portal, but I can't find it

Good question, I have looked on the KSN site and have not found it. Would like to know.
 
New to this. Can someone explain how the deviation requests work. How often are the approved/denied, when are they looked at. Etc... thank you
 
Does anyone know the percentage of deviations that have been approved, historically, for those BU employees moving into MSS-2 positions when the losing facility is only a CAT II?

If the losing facility is Category 2, there is no deviation request needed.
 
Except that the losing facility could hold a BU member going to MSS-2 up to 12 months, correct? So, then, a deviation request to shorten that time to something less than 12 months...

I don't think that would be a deviation request. That's a negotiation that happens at the local level. If your ATM wanted to hold you longer, that would be a deviation request.
 
What if a BUE is given a CAT 2 release date of one year (ERR, promotion, etc.) and his/her facility becomes CAT 1 and the BUE decides to take the CAT 1? Is the 3 month period from when the FOL was signed or 3 months from the date that the facility moved from a CAT 2 to a CAT 1?

3 months from the posted CAT1 status
 
When do the deviation lists usually come out? And where can it be found?

I heard the same about a month ago, with no timeline on return. Not sure about validity of that though.

Monthly. There's a KSN site that has them all. It's a private database that the owners have to approve permissions for anyone asking to join. I've been trying multiple ways to get into it, but no access yet.
