Where you can’t release because of staffing but the FAA says fuck your facility

I feel like I know the answer to this, but aside from reaching out to the ATM of the facility I put the bid in for is there anyone anybody would recommend reaching out to to help my shot with the deviation process?

It goes so far up the chain your ATM or that ATM basically have very little power over what happens.

The ATM at the receiving facility is the one that filed the deviation request. That’s all they can do. The approving authority is the COO
