Take a look at 2018's thread as well. There was a lot of good info there about process. Look for posts around christmas, that's when the TOL's went out last year.

Thank you. I did skim through last year's when i was waiting on the referred/not referred status and received a lot of information, but TBH I did not read all 200+ pages. I'm hoping if I keep up with this one that I can receive similar and potentially more up-to-date info.
