Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-20-ALLSRCE-65607

You guys shouldn’t berate HR. But definitely check in. A well timed phone call could save you a week when the Rep has info for you but you were 30th on their list.

i got mine. if you are military you're gonna need this

The below items are for applicants who served in the military. If you did not serve in the military, please disregard these items.

  1. DD214 showing Character of Service: Member 4 or Service 2 copy

  1. SF-15 Application for 10-Point Veteran Preference

  1. Disabled Veteran Civil Service Preference Letter: This letter can be obtained from https://www.ebenefits.va.gov/ebenefits/homepage.
I sent in the first two forms with my application. They need them again?

So just to be clear, we only need to complete the 3 forms in EOD for now?

Do we need to submit official transcripts? Would it be beneficial in any way to do so?

It seems like everyone should expect to get EODS before CIL seeing as one of the EODS emails says "Once you’ve submitted your forms in EODS, you will receive a clearance instruction letter (CIL) via email with instructions for completing the pre-employment clearance requirements."

If you qualified based on education, at some point in time you will need to submit transcripts other than what you submitted with the application.
For the 2019 bid, I qualified through work experience but I also graduated from a 4 year university as well. They disqualified my app because I did not attach my transcript. I made sure to attach my transcript to my app this bid. Do I still need to attach it for eods?

I electronically requested my official transcripts to be emailed to my HR rep from my college just to make sure she has everything she could need.

edited to add: I had them attached to my application as well, but just making double sure she has them if needed.

Anyone with KH get an EODS?
Someone can correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure it’s not our HR rep who sends it. Mine came from someone else and when I emailed my HR rep today, I got an automated response saying she’s been out of the office the past couple days and won’t be back until Tuesday and I received my EODS today. So take it for what it’s worth, but I’m pretty sure they just have to work through the entire list of new applicants and they’ll get to you when they get to you. Who knows, could be wrong. But it wasn’t my HR rep’s name on the email. It was a different HR specialist.
