This doesn't mean anything really. Unless things have changed, everyone who got Best Qualified, Well Qualified, or Qualified will be "referred." Then TOLs will go out to those who get "refered" in the order listed above. Eventually those who did not receive a TOL will see their status changed to "not selected," or something similar.

A friend got BQ notification last week and aviator changed as well a few days after. What kind of timeline are you guys seeing from test results who got a T? I'm already in so I don't know the process. Thx.

T is a placeholder. Should be filled in now. If it isn't fixed on aviator or sent in an email the other day, you'll have to call for your score

Hi guys! Just received my TOL. I was Pool 2 BQ. After successfully training for 13 months at the academy, anyone know how quickly/slowly the salary increase once placed?

What's this about training at the Academy with 13 months? The Academy is about 3 months for EnRoute, then you'll go to your facility, if/when you pass. Your raises from there on out will depend on how quickly you can proceed with certifications. I have no clue how quickly this works if you go to a tower, but at an EnRoute Center you can expect training to take anywhere from 2-4 years with incremental pay raises along the way.

There are way too many variables, the largest one being YOU, to give you a good answer.

There's a website called 123atc that lists all the facilities, the salaries, hours of operation, the success rate of people who are trained there, and the average time it takes for people to be fully certified at each facility. I don't know how accurate it is.

Buddy at Memphis Center just started his second side of the room after 3+ years there. Still D2 pay. Brutally slow training program. (Im sure COVID didnt help)

When you're at the Academy you're employed in a temporary position, but they say "this temporary position is for a duration of greater than 12 months" and that allows them to give you better benefits than if it were a less-than-one-year position. It doesn't really take 13 months to get to your field facility.

I misunderstood the TOL appointment type info but I understand now! Thank you!

This website has better and more up-to-date info than that one imho.
