You can also email the TCI team with questions. I asked them about our numbers minus a crossing runway complexity value. They got back to me quickly with info.

They are barely hanging on to the 7 as it is. There’s no way for them to go back up to an 8 in the near future.

Nope. Would imagine it might be a little while. They've only officially been below the buffer for 2 months now.

I also believe that would mean they now have a lower staffing requirement and likely won't be on any exp bids any time soon. Anyone care to touch on that?

Facility Pay Level is a non factor in staffing targets. Also everyone’s staffing targets will be adjusted later this year.
