It’s much sunnier on the DOD side. Many places are burning out their controllers on this side and management and doesn’t do anything. We can’t even get TMIs in our favor.

And that is why I went DOD from the FAA. Burnout is real without any care for the people who work it.

Yeah and even if they could they’d say it would put them over 30% trainee ratio. Plus NATCA is probably game planning another training hold
