May (Q3) 2025

Has there been any substantial change or a plan to change the amount of people graduating the academy? The implementation of CRWG numbers is completely pointless if the output of new trainees doesn't change.

It’s not pointless it’s to end transfer so the numbers of CPCs slowly grows as there are no CPCITs left and they can say their staffing plan is working.

The priority MOU means they just speed up your release date if you’re selected right? Or was it higher priority to get selected? I can’t remember.
Facilities under a priority mou don’t follow the normal release rules. You can be released to that priority facility even if your current facility is below the releasable staffing level threshold.

Yes, there has been a significantly uptick in the amount of classes that have been ongoing. For this month of May alone, there is 6 enroute classes, 5 terminal classes, and 1 IQTR class scheduled, which compared to 2 years ago there was a 4 enroute, 1 terminal, 1 N90 class monthly. I've been keeping track of this through the discord in which we have been creating class channels for each class.

If you want actual numbers on the amount of people graduating from academy recently, we have also been keeping track of those that pass evaluations:
Enroute
Terminal
IQTR
