Still haven’t gotten an appointment date and no further progress since late July. You still waiting on a eval appointment email too?

Don’t feel so bad. My daughter had her appointment Feb 27, 2022 and still hasn’t heard anything. Can’t even get Hope to give her any kind of update.
 
Notified day before thanksgiving of Tier 2, Flight Surgeon just sent my paperwork today to Tier 2 team. CPC Reinstatement

Just to be real with you, I’ve been in the tier 2 process for 19 months now and still waiting on a determination after my eval. I saw your post in another thread saying you are still active duty. Unless you have a CTO and wanna work at a contract tower, I’d suggest trying to extend a year at least. It’s gonna be a very long and frustrating process.

Haha I just emailed my CSS for extension paperwork.

Good choice, haha. I found out I was tier 2 while on terminal and wish I would have extended once it hit me how long this process is. I only have radar experience and in May it will be 2 years since I last controlled. Gonna be a lil rusty once I finally start again.

Man that’s quite awhile, I’m up in Alaska so I’m hoping the congestion for seeing the specialists isn’t as much as stateside places.

Good luck with everything going forward. There’s tons of posts in this thread that will answer a lot of the questions you might have. We all seem to post updates through the process too, just to help people get a better idea of what they’re in for.
 
There is no congestion with the psychs across the country. The delay is with the tier 2 team in DC who handles all of our cases. Is there any issue with extending while active duty? Like extending wont jeopardize his tol will it? I'm thinking of the 120 day from separation rule here.

Yea I would bet HR isn’t going to like that question and you won’t like the response. Just being real. As others have said, expect atleast a year long delay(and that’s being generous). I was notified of being Tier 2 August 2021, and still haven’t recieved a doctor to schedule my appointment. A lot of people, including myself have posted their timeline in their signature. If you’re looking on your phone, turn it sideways to view their signatures.

Appreciate the info. I'm just curious to see if extending my military contract will effect my applicant status for the bid I received a TOL for. The only thing I was told in the email was "You did not pass the MMPI. This is a long process."
