Having watched on the sidelines I think, my own words, it is more hatred of the institution and those who seem to perpetuate the cycle of leaders who refuse to listen while maximizing their own gains. Again, speculation, people seem to move up in the ranks solely by doing “their time” at certain levels or making friends at the right moment which pays dividends in the long run.
This gives the impression to the membership of an unbreakable cycle of corruption. Given that an outlet (r/atc2) exists beyond the control of the alleged corrupted, people are indeed naturally expected to vent and express such frustrations even in the most verbally basic of ways.
It is an interesting social experiment though and watching Reddit evolve is fascinating.
