Nick Daniels should resign

The louder minority. A Union is more than just some members you don't see eye to eye with. It's a collective, win together, lose together. Everyone has their own specific situation though, but this hate is insane.

Having watched on the sidelines I think, my own words, it is more hatred of the institution and those who seem to perpetuate the cycle of leaders who refuse to listen while maximizing their own gains. Again, speculation, people seem to move up in the ranks solely by doing “their time” at certain levels or making friends at the right moment which pays dividends in the long run.

This gives the impression to the membership of an unbreakable cycle of corruption. Given that an outlet (r/atc2) exists beyond the control of the alleged corrupted, people are indeed naturally expected to vent and express such frustrations even in the most verbally basic of ways.

It is an interesting social experiment though and watching Reddit evolve is fascinating.

I have no hate towards anyone. I think he’s a poor excuse for a leader and I find the direction of the union embarrassing, giving a free pass to someone who runs for a year on negotiating a new contract and then makes an executive decision with no participation from the leadership or other members to extend. So speaking up about it is somehow spewing hate? Sorry I thought unions should reflect the voices of their members.

Those people at ATC1 are still pussies lol. Glad someone created ATC2 so that we have real discussion and insiders.

Be the change you want to see.
There it is.

Wondered how long it would take.

No, we vote for and elect people to represent us in good faith and listen to their members.

This whole "don't like it run" mentality you assholes have perpetuated is trash. I don't want to run and I shouldn't have to get adequate representation.

If you would run and try to change anything you won't get to far and you sure as shit won't move up unless you toe the line. Remember JD and Redmond and you knob gobblers just shitting on them left and right?

This is some r/atc2 clownish nonsense
I suppose you’d say the same in the thread that discusses Eugene Freedman (national level NATCA special counsel to the executive president) giving a presentation on why we don’t need pay raises??

I disagree, I’ll admit there’s a little reaching going on in here, but altogether this union has become an absolute joke.
