I feel like posting this quote. No particular reason, except to wonder if it reminds anyone of certain posters here. Just idle curiosity, really.

Jean-Paul Sartre said:
Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past.

Calm down, you’re going to tear something. And who says I’m not doing anything first hand? You literally know nothing about me. I signed up for this forum 3 months ago. I’ve been in the Agency for 11 years. This all transpired at a former facility. It was brought up to former coworkers who I’m still friends with by people who felt extremely uncomfortable working with a white supremacist. None of us knew how to proceed when the Union said there was nothing that could be done. I’ll gladly ruin a white supremacist’s life. I wouldn’t bat an eye if said individual lost their job and swallowed a shot gun from the grief.

Honestly I'm just here cuz I got blackout drunk during the first weekend of the riots and wanted to make sure it wasn't me.
