I agree this should not be relegated to the scratch pad, that is quasi de-platforming it and it is critical.

Could there really be a rift on the NEB? Sounds hard to believe they don’t break rank, at least not publicly.

I hope it’s true though and that one of the sides really is working for a raise in the form of huge premium pays. And get the back hazard pay for those who worked though COVID. There are still hundreds of millions in the DOT of COVID relief money unused.
