Who said that you have to take abuse? I just meant like don’t kick your feet up on the desk and act like you own the place. This is exactly what I’m talking about. You guys are way to fucking sensitive.
No one is sensitive, especially not Nhstadt as I know him personally, we are just tired of the bullshit. Say what you mean and mean what you say.

cant focus when im off my meds
. I do not need anyone's permission to post my opinion/venting/ or issues here. Is it in my best interest to do so? Definitely not because I have pissed off a great number of people

I mean while I wait a year in between training stages, what else am I supposed to do but kick my feet up on the desk? I'm not talking covid here, I understand it's an act of God (or chyyyynah if you are PushingTin), but the absolute failure of both the agency and NATCA to do anything about the training issues in the agency aside from implement some nearly impossible to maintain standard, instead of telling facilities to fix their training programs and find ways to speed things up is asinine and counterproductive.

The "this is how we've always done it, so it's not broke" attitude is exactly why I fucking hate this job about half the time.

I play the game at work for sure. I get it. Played it at the academy. Played it in dysim. Played it during OJT. But yes I will shit on a union telling my employer in non essential. That’s the easiest way to get a bunch of people laid off.

and natca wasn’t fighting for me when the labs were empty For 6 months and I wasn’t being trained for whatever the reason was.

Formal apology to all the trainees and CPC-IT’s, I am sorry for being insensitive to your situation. I’m not trying to NATCA bully anyone on this forum or at the facility. I was merely voicing my opinion about how your situation isn’t the only negative training experience. What was acceptable when I trained is completely different in today’s climate. Maybe it’s my old military mentality or my old guard mentality. I’ll go back to lurking and you guys can go back to blaming NATCA for your situation.
