You don’t think a local facility would want to staff their own facility?

You can look at the amount of issues people have had with the quit, and be rehired after a year process. Management has proven they don’t want to deal with it, and won’t take the time to hire these people. A few have mentioned getting rehires, but a lot of them are getting nowhere with numerous facilities.

So throw the atms some bonuses if they meet staffing targets. This isn’t rocket science.

Any oconus location should have it's own hiring bids. Those are areas that need to be targeted and less likely to have people who just want to get in the door and leave.
