I also hate when an IFR calls an uncontrolled airport in sight, you go through the entire book of the .65 to tell them everything required, they wait until you've done that and then cancel IFR!

That or the FAA will place you in a desirable location while those of us who believed the "get your foot in the door and then you'll be able to transfer" line will be stuck
When you issue traffic and the pilot reads back the whole piece of traffic vertbatim... and then you issue additional traffic and he reads back the additional piece of traffic vertbatim and the previous piece of traffic as well...
Anyone who calls clearance delivery "with request" and I have to tell them to, "Go ahead." before they ask for what they want. Its clearance, of course you have a request!
