You know what really grinds my gears...

I also hate when an IFR calls an uncontrolled airport in sight, you go through the entire book of the .65 to tell them everything required, they wait until you've done that and then cancel IFR!
That was my next one :)

I like to clear them then give em about 10 seconds to make up their mind.
 
IFR departs controlled airport. Initial check in with departure is to request new routing. :mad:
 
When you issue traffic and the pilot reads back the whole piece of traffic vertbatim... and then you issue additional traffic and he reads back the additional piece of traffic vertbatim and the previous piece of traffic as well...
